Dr. Eric Frendt, MD

I was in a lot of pain December 7 my doctor sent me to Boise downtown St. Luke’s Hospital. I needed to get an MRI on my pelvic and abdominal area. I was in a lot of pain. Dr frendt was the physician at the time of my visit he walked in and told me that I was needed to have an MRI. My doctor asked him if he could give me an MRI of my pelvic and abdominal area. He told her he would. She asked him on 2 different phone calls. I was unaware that he was planning on just doing one MRI on my pelvic area. The radiologist saw nothing in my pelvic area and I was sent home the next day I met with my doctor and she told me that Dr. Frendt only asked theologist to do MRI on my pelvis area, I still need an abdominal MRI . MRI scheduling is booked up until January of next year. I will have to spend my holidays in pain because Dr. Frendt didn’t do what my doctor asked him to do. this has been a poor patient experience with this doctor. my husband and I were in the ER room for eight hours.
