I just recently switched insurance companies and was assigned Dr. Frietas as my PCP. He was extremely attentive, knowledgable, caring, and had great bedside manner. Any health concerns I bought up he took seriously and ordered tests accordingly. I feel like as a Doctor you should always take a patients concerns seriously and provide a plan to give a patient peace of mind. I believe Dr. Frietas checks off everything I was looking for in a PCP. I'm very happy with being assigned to him and I can't recommend him enough.

I had an urgent issue (migraine) and was new to the Kaiser Permanente system. I showed up without an appointment 40 minutes before Urgent Care opened. Nonetheless, I was seen not by another doctor or NP, but by my actual PCP, Dr. Freitas. He was considerate, attentive, and kind. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgable about formulary. I usually think people who give FIve Stars for every comment are lazy or unimaginative. In this case, every star is well-earned.
