Dr. Eric Fee, MD

One of the worst doctors I have ever had!I have been dealing with an assortment of health issues since my twenties. I am now 65. I saw Dr. Fee out of convenience as a replacement for a better doctor who had moved on because he Fee was physically close to me. He found that I was a borderline diabetic, receiving a blood sample with over a 500 count for glucose. When I was feeling unwell at that time, I called the office to see him but he was on vacation. His RN assistant who I believe is named Clea refused to see me. They shunted me off to another property they own, a 'doc in a box' called Now. There I was treated well only because the attending physician had diabetes himself. Since that time I have been using Free Libre 2 reader and sensors. I had replacement sensors sent to me my home. When I was switched over to Medicare even though I had Blue Cross and Blue Shield again, I was contracted by a different vendor. Dr Fee is an excellent doctor if you suffer from anxiety. My husband really likes Dr. Fee. Helped him immensely after losing his son.

The rudest “doctor” I’ve ever met. Filed a complaint after walking out on my first visit.

Dr. Fee took all the time needed to ask and answer questions. I found him to be thorough and not in a rush as so many providers are today. My wait was about 30 minutes - not bad for a new patient. The office has been updated with new carpet and paint.

This doctor was on my insurance list of providers, I have since moved on to a doctor in Virginia Beach. My reasons for the rating is as follows 1)office is just disgusting...old..and probably moldy. Exam room at the time I seen him had water stains on the ceiling tiles from obvious leakage, carpet in hall absolutely nasty. 2) staff in incompetent, period. They could not even process a simple drug order without days delay them try to pass off the blame on something else. 3)waiting room is crap.

Pleasantly surprised. Medical Assistant, receptionist, and lab personnel were all helpful, courteous and friendly. Dr. Fee seems to be quite knowledgeable and up-to-date with current medical practices. Answered all questions with respect and presented information not provided at a previous practice. Not rushed through my appointment. Very satisfied.

After seeing him 3 times in 7 months, each time I wondered if he had Asbergers or major social skills challenges but after my 4th visit today. I'm 100 % positive he is just rude. The phone staff are hit or miss, his office staff have a lot to be desired and the office is a dump. Save yourself. Find another doctor!

Dr. Fee has been very helpful where many other doctors just seem to not care!!
