Amazing Doctor
Dr. Eric Cohen is an extremely intelligent and caring physician. I've always been impressed with his ability to thoroughly listen to me. He is then very capable of explaining himself to a level that doesn't treat me like a kindergartener nor like a medical expert. I've received follow-up messages from Dr. Cohen late at night...indications that he doesn't want his patients to wait that extra day. Upon learning of some concerning test results, Dr. Cohen called me off-hours to discuss, address, and alleviate my concerns. He is, by far, the best doctor I have met.

After seeing the one star review here I wanted to come on here and give Dr Cohen a shout out. He cares for my mother and is a wonderful, patient and caring doctor. He is nothing short of a blessing to us. I've been to multiple appointments and he truly seems to care about my mom. He is so friendly and caring, I can't imagine him doing anything like that one star reviewer said. I would heavily question that individual's judgment if they're the type of person that didn't realize their parent had ulcers all over their feet until the doctor took the socks off. Dr. Cohen is a gem. I recommend him in the strongest of terms.

Excellent. I came back to Cincinnati after a few years ago. I have the typical chronic conditions most people have who are older. I was impressed he actually read my medical history and asked questions seldom asked in the past. He's also culturally aware - so if you are LGBTQ+ you can feel comfortable with Dr. Cohen.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I brought my 86 year old father in to see Dr Cohen because he couldn’t get in with his regular doctor. We were 15 minutes late because my mother got confused about the appointment time and I own that. I apologized profusely to the nurse and to Dr. Cohen. Neither one of them were having any of it. My father is hard of hearing and also could not specifically tell the doctor what was really wrong. He felt fine but was unaware that he had foot ulcers which ended up with him being admitted to the hospital later that day. All my father knew was that he felt shaken. My issue with Dr. Cohen is that until he discovered my father’s foot ulcers at the end of the visit, he was dismissive, curt and rude. He actually mumbled, “like I’ve already said”, in a disgusted tone, when my father asked a question twice. If I had not needed my father to be seen, I would have ended the appt right then. It’s a joke that his profile says he’s interested in geriatrics!
