Bait and Switch
After filling out my life history on line they call for an appointment 3 months out. I arrive and am told I must pay cash, they don't take my insurance anymore. At least one staff member did say they should have called me. I'm not sure what game they are playing there but discovering their incompetence before any surgery is probably a good thing. I do hope my issue is not serious as I'll probably have another 1/4 year wait.

Cant say enough good things!!
My adult son had 4 wisdom teeth removed--took him home. He developed uncontrolled bleeding so we went to the ER. The ER didnt have a dental surgeon there--they were going to have to transfer him to another ER. Dr claussen came to the ER and fixed the issue on a friday night--apologizing profusely for the trouble. The ER staff had never seen a specialist come in and fix an issue. He even gave me his cell number and said to call if there were any other issues. I used to work in the med field and have known a lot of doctors and this one is in the top 10. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Claussen is truly the best all around. It has been some years since ive had work done but when i did let me tell you just how caring this dr and is staff truly are! They make sure you are truly comfortable before beginning any work! And even call after the procedure just to check in with you! I didnt wake up to any pain from having 7 teeth removed.....pain came later but not the docs fault! All around amazing work and people!

I had my lowers removed and implants. Woke up feeling no pain, next day no pain whatsoever. Have a smile I wish I had for the last 60 years. Dr. Fleigel took the extra time to adjust my uppers and it looks like I am smiling all the time. Which I am. Staff of highly professional women that run the show. Thank y'all Gregg Woodcox

Thank you so much to the Dr. and staff at the Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center of Panama City. Had an emergency last week and everyone was so great and helpful at getting it taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I'd tell anyone that has a need for an oral surgeon in Panama City, or anywhere even remotely close, this is the place to come. Dr. Claussen will take care of you!
