Piss poor doctor. Staff about the same. Needed referrals for pain management and optometrist, I had both doctors lined up. In six months of asking for the referrals and being told the paper work had been done the pain management clinic and the optometrist office never received anything.

Very bad experience. After meeting with the Dtr briefly I was left in the exam room and forgotten about until everyone had gone home. Only people left were the Dtr and one employee. The front door had to be unlocked to let me out. The Dtr gave some lame excuse about computer problems. Humiliating experience. Never again. Dtr also gave the worst initial exam I've ever had.

He is a very competent and caring practitioner. He listens to you and values what you say. He is extremely thorough too. He explains things to you and makes sure you understand everything. He is also very pleasant and soft spoken. Staff is competent and pleasant. The practice is well run.

Dr. Chueng is a very good Dr. Dr. Chueng is always kind and listens and he is very thorough. Explains your tests and answers any questions you have. You know immediately if the Dr. Is a good fit. Dr. Chueng was that for me.

Conscientious and caring! Good provider! Just don't get sick on Friday! The group apparently closes on many Fridays even that are not holiday weekends. Older patients like myself, then have to see Urgent Care or ER and pay high copays! My only complaint! Had I realized that, I would have chosen a provider that isn't with South Baldwin Hospital! I'm suffering today with a respiratory problem, but fortunately Premier Medical with their ENT practice doesn't close on Fridays!

Dr. Chung is a complete professional. He does not necessarily tell you what you want to hear...after listening and examination, he tells you what you NEED to hear.
His staff and support personnel are OUTSTANDING.
I ALWAYS feel I am in the hands of a very competent, capable professional who cares about me as a person and individual.

I really think Dr Cheung is a good doctor, but his office employees are unprofessional, rude and when you call in, no-one answers and no-one will return your call. If you need prescriptions refilled, you better call a week ahead of time. Not happy!!!

I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Cheung and every nurse and staff member I've come into contact with at South Baldwin Medical Partners. My healthcare needs have been addressed exceptionally well at this facility and I've always been referred to appropriate specialists for my condition. I've been there many times in the past year and plan to continue going there for the foreseeable future.

The guy cares about you. If you have to wait to see him consider he will spend the time he needs to with you as well. I have never felt hurried. He takes the time to actually explain his RX plan with you and explains why he is going this route with your situation. I have nothing negative to offer.
