In full disclosure, I was only able to have a single consult as I was relocating. But I was very impressed with Dr Carlson -- he was extremely thorough, professional, nice bed side manner and spent a good amount of time answering questions. When I moved, my new doctor was incredibly impressed by the thoroughness of Dr Carlson's write up when my files were transferred --- said he had never seen it so well done before.
