Office girls SUPER rude and not the smartest
I really liked Dr Burdge. However, office girls give you incorrect info and then argue that they never told you that

The Bomb! ;-) – Dec 10, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Burdge?
From the moment I met him (upon referral from a friend), I knew my health was in the most competent hands on Earth. Dr. Burdge was knowledgeable, compassionate and cited factual data during each visit. He shoots straight from the hip and doesn't make you leave his office feeling that something wasn't covered. He explains everything in detail, so be prepared to listen carefully and take notes!!! Do NOT expect to be treated with "kid gloves". Dr. Burdge is an expert in his field and presents himself as nothing less. My life was in his hands and I couldn't have be happier! He saved my life and my breasts! ;-)

Dr. Burdge is superb and extremely detailed in his explanation of care, thorough in his exam, and meticulous in his surgical approach. I can't imagine a better physician to be at the helm of any woman's cancer care and management. Plus, you have the entire team of caregivers at your disposal at CHS. Outstanding in every way imaginable. Highly recommended.

HERO! – Jul 02, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Burdge?
I came to Dr. Burdge for a second opinion with very little knowledge about breast cancer and its various treatments....at my first visit, he spent over an hour with me and my family and presented me with all the facts and options. He was EXTREMELY thorough, detailed, and that's exactly what I was needed and was looking for—the facts and the best options. I had a very big decision to make and rather quickly in my opinion. He offered me his insight from his experience each and every time I needed it. I agree with some of the other reviews, he was very matter of fact and upfront—nothing was sugar-coated, BUT I was looking for an expert and professional, not a new friend as I faced the biggest challenge of my life. I always felt I was in very capable hands throughout this difficult yet necessary sojourn. When it came to my surgery, it was nothing more than exceptional because of his experience. In a nutshell, when it comes to cancer, Dr. Burdge delivered the BEST care possible.

Ecstatic Patient – May 01, 2020

This is the first time I had the opportunity to use the center for same day surgery. The staff was very professional & everything was on schedule. The personality of the staff helped me stay calm. I was also impressed on the set up of the waiting area for the family. As far as Dr Burdge, my specialist for breast surgery, all I can say is he is awesome! I wasn’t sure how he would be but that morning he put all my fears to rest! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable Dr to do this surgery. And also Dr Weaver & the rest of anesthesiology were fantastic. And the nursing staff was fun to be around. Only issue was the call the day before. Somehow I was put on the wrong schedule but thankfully I had my paperwork from Drs office. I immediately made a call to his office & his staff corrected the situation. So my advice would be to verify with your Drs office IF you are told to do something different than what your Drs paperwork says. I have had surgeries in Philly, Danville, Will
