Outstanding care
Dr Eric Brown and both head nurses went beyond our expectations answering questions in a careful, professional, unhurried way with special attention to all my husband’s needs. We are very grateful.

Dr Brown was by far the most arrogant Dr. I have ever encountered. The PA evaluated me and said I needed an MRI, but that they didn’t do those at St. Francis South. For 4 hours, I sat in the ER with no pain meds, waiting for an MRI. Only after I confronted the nurse and told her I know they have the equipment there and my husband just talked to the MRI tech and they said they are not busy, Dr. Brown came in the room (for the first time in 4 hours) to chastise me for expressing my frustration with the nurse and said “the only reason you are getting an MRI is because I am who I AM!” Sorry buddy, if you don’t treat your patients with dignity and respect, I don’t need your favors. I walked out of the ER and filed a grievance with the hospital.

Dr. Eric Brown was my worst experience with a Dr. ever. I had never been to an emergency room before and I am 52 years old. I seldom will go to the Dr. I was in severe pain and he was so unsympathetic. He did absolutely nothing for me and his staff stared at me and snickered at me as I left the room. He was the Dr on duty at Saint Francis South Emergency room in Tulsa. The only thing they did was take my 1,000 co-pay from me and now continue to be sending me inaccurate bills.
