Dr. Bernstein spent time listening to me as well as giving his medical advice. His knowledge and confidence left me feeling comfortable and cared for medically.

I have been a patient for many years. In recent years the staff has made errors and has NOT been responsive. I can not refill my two blood pressure medicines. The pharmacy said the provider must be contacted. I left a message on the portal, I called twice and was told I would be called back. Four days later Instill don’t have a call from the office. I am out of meds and have a family history of strokes and Inneed my meds. I am forced to find another provider .

Been going to Dr Bernstein for over 5 yrs. Always takes the time to lesson to concerns and the process of a visit , labs needed based on discussion then a follow-up makes the annual visit focused on concerns.

As always, Dr. B. took his time with me and went over all aspects of my health issues & concerns with patience, thoroughness, and interest. He explained things well, answered my questions and, as always, listened and put me at ease. I appreciate & enjoy his sense of humor and obvious personal caring for my husband & me. We are seniors who have been his patients for 17 years! He's the best!

I showed up early for my appt 1-9-25 and was told my appt was cancelled! It was rainy and very cold. No notification was received. It is not always easy for patients to just go to their appointments. Some of us have care responsibilities for others (elderly and infirmed) at home, and it is a big deal to prepare for a self-care appointment because we have to make arrangements to make sure others are taken care of while away.This lack of patient notification of an appointment cancellation is what I consider to be very poor and unprofessional business practice, especially in the healthcare field, and as a result have fired Dr Bernstein as my new PCP and diabetes manager and no longer wish to have him as my healthcare provider. Maybe an additional automated notification process can be established for doctor office cancellations so other patients do not have this same experience in the future.

First part went great; i.e., check in, Dr. Visit, EKG. However, I checked out from first part and told to wait for blood draw. My name was not submitted to blood techs. I waited over 60 minutes before I realized I was not being called. My name was submitted after I inquired. Blood techs were also great but it was annoying having to wait longer than then necessary. I would gladly give a 5-star rating if not for long wait.

This office is well organized and runs on schedule. I have never had to wait five minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The portal is easy to navigate and results of tests, etc. are quickly posted. Dr. Bernstein takes time to explain and answer questions, as do the nurse practitioners I have seen.

He was very personable and listened to all my concerns. He seems like a great doctor! Looking forward to a good health journey with him.

First time meeting with Dr Bernstein. Dr Bernstein reviews all of my records with his PA, Ashley Greene, whom I see at my appointments. But I’m looking forward to a personal meeting at my next wellness appointment.

Visit was video call to catch up on my status. Majority of visits are with PA(s). The PA has always provided an excellent experience and checked with Dr. Bernstein when there was any question about the treatment. It took me 4 years to find a PCP that I was happy with, and Dr. Bernstein was-is it.
