Dr Zacks is very thorough in his explanations and understanding style with patients. He successfully implanted an ICD after testing for vent tachycardia then after a later diagnosis of Afib, performed another procedure to return my normal rhythm. He is wonderful, experienced and capable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zacks for seven years and could not be more pleased with his care. In 2018, while with his former practice , Dr. Zacks performed a cardiac ablation on me, which resulted in no further episodes of atrial fibrillation. When Dr. Zacks moved to his current practice, Monmouth Cardiology Associates, I gladly followed, knowing that I am in good hands thanks to his skill and compassion.

Saw Dr. Zacks for the first time in May. I needed a cardiac version - so my previous cardiologist said. Dr. Zacks listened to me, reviewed my files with me and explained the pros and cons of the procedure. He was very accommodating and with a very pleasant yet professional manner. As I commented to me wife after leaving his office “ I like this guy”. Been through two procedures with Dr Zacks and continue to give him a #10 rating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zacks for five years. He has seen me through an initial finding during a routine physical, through treatment by medication through treatment by a hospital procedure (conducted by him), through an unexpected incidental finding in imaging. Throughout he has been knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, attentive to detail, and on-the-lookout for both the unexpected and things that require long-term monitoring. I guess I can sum it up by saying that I completely trust him --- I feel that I am in good hands, getting the best, most up-to-date care for my condition. The best and truest thing I can say is that I literally trust him with my life and would not hesitate for a "heartbeat" to ask him to care for the people I love most in this world. He has been my doctor for well over a decade and I have improved significantly under his care. Cardiologists at the University of Pennsylvania have advised me that the treatment I am receiving from Dr. Zacks is as good, if not better, than care I would receive there or from other Cardiologists. When he moved his practice, I followed him to his new location because I would not feel comfortable or safe being treated by anyone else. He communicates with my other physicians and follows up to make sure I get all appropriate tests. His office is modern; his staff is friendly, helpful, and highly professional. When I need support with paperwork or assistance navigating insurance companies, Dr. Zacks and his team are readily available.

A wonderfully caring, kind, professional, highly knowledgeable doctor. I feel lucky I was given to him as my cardiologist by this office. I have the utmost faith in everything he says and advises. This is how you should feel about a doctor always!

Dr. Zacks is one of the smartest and kindest doctors I have ever met. I feel reassured as his patient knowing he is always accessible. I’ve had two ablations with him and have been able to continue my active lifestyle — I like high intensity exercise and sports and have not had to make accommodations. He will take the time to answer all your questions and will respect your intelligence. He is also a very calming, empathetic presence. It is this combination of intelligence, skill and care that makes doctors like him rare. While this may sound hyperbolic, it is how I truly feel. Dr. Zacks has made a frightening condition manageable and of minimal impact to my life.

What can I say about a Dr who turned my life around. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe him. Smart, caring, concerned for your well being and smart as hell. Made me feel at ease during a tough time. Now feeling 500% better because of his expertise in Electrophysiology. Top of the Dr food chain in his field.
