This is by far the worst clinic the people who work there are rude, they never return your calls its been over 3 days trying to get a prescription for syringes I have spoke to Aurora and Brenda and I can keep going but no use I would definitely not refer any one here!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????

Es el mejor doctor ,es muy humano muy inteligente muy preocupado una persona excepcional me ha curado de todos mis males y me siento muy orgulloso de tener un médico de cabecera tan bueno como el Dr Enrique Cifuente hijo y padre porque son los dos muy buenos médicos ,ellos son un ejemplo de la medicina en Estados Unidos preocupados abnegados y buenas personas lo califico de cinco estrellas

My review is not about his ethics, but his practice in Tempe. Dr. Cifuentes Sr (not Jr.) is a good Doctor himself & has a couple of good Doctors in his Tempe Location, like Dr. Efrain Temple (my only good visit was with Dr. Temple). His practice, his stuff -from phone operators to Office manager are just too busy to help. Too careless to listen. Too burocratic. No sympathy. Not helpful. I changed pediatricians from Camelback Pediatrics to BGP because of a very nice, compelling presentation they had at my Church, Holly Family Catholic Church, a few years back. Big mistake! Not because your Priest and your Doctor are friends means your Pediatrician's office will care about you, I know that now. My daughters & I were used to (and deserve) a much better level of care and professionalism than this office ever offered. YOUR CHILD DESERVES BETTER TOO! I've expressed these to the staff & MDs several times. It imposible to talk to Dr. Cifuentes, they block you & no feedback is welcome.

All of the doctors at this clinic are wonderful. I have never had a problem. Not like other doctors who give you 20 minutes then kick you out even if your problem is not resolved. They have spent extra time when necessary. They have a lab on the premises.

I have been a patient for nine years. I came across this site and read the reviews and all I can say regarding the negative reviews is that I have never experienced any of the things complained about. I have always received excellent care from Dr. Cifuentes, Jr. and been treated well by his staff. I would give the doctor and his staff a 5 star rating. Jack

I've been seeing Dr. Enrique Cifientes, Jr., for almost one year. I've had many appointments. I would give him 5 stars. But, his staff is about the usual, not very good. 3 stars for staff. Dr. Cifuentes, Jr. (not to be confused with his father with the same name and at the same address) is really a gem of a doctor. He is polite and listens and really seems to care. He's very down to earth and not arrogant like so many other doctors. I trust his advice. Staff doesn't call back, lots of mistakes

They made me waste my time. They made me come to the office several times just for a signature of my medical exam! Horrible expierience!

I've been going to Dr.Cifuentes Jr for 3.He's very straightforward when he comes to his examinations. He gives great medical advice and he's passionate about his job. He helped me understand what PCOS was and has helped me manage it with ease.

Horrible horrible staff that puts you on hold constantly for extended amounts of time and you have to call back. They are rude and constantly mess up your appointments and paperwork. (Happened more than once) AVOID this place at ALL costs

This is really the worst place you can go to. They constantly put you on hold for 10 minutes or longer (happened to me several times) and you have to call back. Horrible horrible staff except the nice red head lady who always tries to fix staff issues. This is a sub par office with employees that can care less about their patients. This place just keeps getting worse. DO NOT GO

Run away from this place. They always put u on hold . Never come back. You have to call back . And put u on hold longer than 30 min till u hang up. The worse staff ever. Only chose this dump because it was close to home. I know stupid!
