I waited a very long time. I went for a severe sore throat. Dr Jones told me it was just allergies. He didnt take the time to listen to my concerns. Two days later I went to ER and found out I had strep throat. Very disappointed in Dr Jones.

Dr. Jones has provided me with excellent ongoing care and medical management with both chronic and acute illnesses. Very importantly, he LISTENS to my voiced symptoms and carefully explains various options to me for our joint decision-making in the medical care. I trust this physician fully and appreciate his medical management. In addition, I appreciate the prompt and courteous service of all members of his office staff with whom I have interacted. ACG

I've known Dr Jones since 2010 he's always been a excellent doctor, Staff Friendly, if you don't understand a diagnosis or medication they will explain , Highly recommend Dr Jones he was on point on my needs and with his decisions & care my Cancer was picked up on a MRI that Dr Jones requested. Dr Jones ability to seek and find the problems saved my Life

Unless you have a splinter in your pinky finger, dont waste your money and time at this . You leave feeling hoodwinked. They don't care about people.

Showed no concerned about my health. Did not address the health concerns I have. Compared my ability to perform to his own. I was really disappointed because I first met Dr.Jones In hisresidency at Cone Family Practice over 20 years ago and he had better bed side manners towards his patients.

We saw the PA for Dr. Jones. He claimed my husband had allergies, gave him a prescription for an inhaler, and sent him on his way. Even after many concerns that his condition was far worse. Five days later we were in the emergency room with pneumonia and a pulmonary embolism. My husbands life was at risk and Friendly Urgent Care sent him out the door with an inhaler. I would not recommend their care for anyone. Your life is worth more.
