I agree BEWARE.Not only did he cram his homemade crowns that were to tight onto my teeth,but he glued my mouth guard onto my lower teeth,then left it like that for 4 days until I contacted him and asked what he was going to do.I also found out he was leaving town for 10 days and that would have been 2 weeks of not having access to my lower teeth.He pried the mouth guard off,and took a tooth with it,then let me pay for the implant.He also loosened two teeth (he said they would s tighten up over time)when he yanked the mouth guard out and years later they are still loose.I also have current issues with bacteria and am going through removal of another tooth because of his work.I went to him for jaw issues,worst decision of my life,it’s going to cost me thousands to clean up the mess he left behind.I can’t wear a mouth guard because I have two loose teeth.He should have refunded the 12k I spent,I could use it now to fix the mess he left me with. DONT GO HERE.

Beware.....does a terrible job. He makes his own crowns instead of sending them to a lab to be made. His home made crowns don’t fit well over the teeth and allow bacteria to enter. Lost two teeth because of that and had to have eight crowns redone by another dentist.
