RUN RUN RUN and find another Doctor
My mother, 82 years old, visited Dr. Walker on 11/16/23. She was very ill and had multiple things going on. This was a doctor’s office that she has been to several times before. My mother has a small service dog and today they decided they won’t see her because she had the dog with her (4 lb. dog) and registered. They left her waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and refused to see her. They told her if she wants to be seen, they will see her while standing in the parking lot. She is NOT a second-class citizen and the treatment she received was disgusting! She was then told that she will be charged like any other patient. She was never seen in the office or at all so how do you charge the insurance company for an office visit. She was so upset and not feeling physically well that she fell in the waiting room. She helped herself up and had one staff member say she tried to help her but did nothing to help her up. They told her if she doesn’t like it, go to Urgent Care. HORRIBLE

I've been seeing him for 12 years and I trust him completely. He's always been good at listening to my health issues. For those that don't like him, go somewhere else, but you won't find a better doctor or a more compassionate one

My mother went in to see Dr Walker and was very ill. He "checked" her out and sent her home. He said there was nothing wrong with her. She was admitted to Athens Regional 2 days later with pneumonia. This guy doesn't need to be practicing medicine!!!
