Incompetent and uncaring
Dr. Willis needs some serious empathy. I had an anxiety attack and he said something along the lines of you need to calm down. He also didn't even check if my infection was back when I had all the signs and sent me home very sick. I'm so sick we drove to a city for better Healthcare.

My mother in law brought my daughter there after she fell off her bike into a wooded area and was complaining of neck pain. The nurse put on a C collar, he took it off and threw it in the trash, did an exam and sent them on their way. Never did X-rays because he was afraid of exposing her to radiation. I feel like driving for 9 hours with a possible fractured neck is worse. He might have been great with kids but that’s not what I’m paying you for.

I took my mother to the ER for dehydration after being sick and Dr. Willis had the worst attitude possible. He made smart remarks to our questions and didn’t even help her. Her sodium levels were severely low and he said they were just mildly low no big deal and sent her home. When her PCP saw the paperwork he saw how low they were and let us know.
