Dr. Kenney is a compassionate, caring and attentive provider. He has worked so hard to properly diagnose and aggressively treat my symptoms. He is knowledgeable and able to draw on his 30 years of experience. He isn’t looking up meds on the fly, he knows them and has expertise in his work. He truly saved my life. AK

Worst psychiatrist I've encountered. Ever.
Misdiagnosed me--twice. No apology; apparently too arrogant to own it. My advice is to run from this man. There are plenty of competent psychiatrists who genuinely care about you and not their cars and watches and clothes. Yuck.

I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kenney and Jean and have found them both to be extremely passionate and knowledgeable. Whether you are a mom struggling with an ADHD child or looking for psychiatric diagnosis or counseling for yourself - they both truly care. I think they offer a quality of support that the bigger hospitals just can't compare to. While the atmosphere of the office is warm and inviting, with COVID and social distancing restrictions in place, I am grateful they've been able to adapt to telehealth appointments when possible.

I took my young adopted daughter who has been diagnosed with Developmental Trauma to Dr. Kenney. I have to say how completely shocked I was to read his write up of our issues. It is extremely obvious that he knows virtually nothing about childhood trauma and the issues that children and parents dealing with RAD experience. We went to him for HELP and received only JUDGEMENT. Totally inexcusable for a "health care" practitioner.
