HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Horrible , Horrible , Horrible experience . I made an appointment for my 90 years old grandma to see Dr. Valery . The front desk staff were amazing & polite. I waited over 1hour & half to be call into the examination room. When the medical assistant called my grandma's name , I explain to her give my grandma a second because she was an elder woman that walks really slow . The medical assistant seemed very frustrated and told her other coworker very loud and obnoxiously that all Dr Valery's patients are noncompliant and they take forever to come into that the examination room .As someone who works in the medical field, I think that is rude , inappropriate & unprofessional. I replied back to her and stated' I did tell you she was an elder woman' I don't understand how they would have patient wait in the lobby for over one hour but get upset that she took an extra 3 min to walk into the examination room . SHE IS 90 !!!!The M. A had on a grey sweater with red hair and she wore glasses .

Arrogant and dangerous. Worse than useless. I went with a severe problem that is guaranteed to be fatal if left untreated. Dr Valery told me "I know exactly what is wrong with you" and then told me I have something I couldn't possibly have. I said that, so he said, "Then I don't know what is wrong with you." And that's that. No treatment plan, no help. Guess I'll die. He also gave me dangerously wrong medical information that a quick Google would correct.
