Terrible experience
I saw this doctor years ago and it’s honestly crazy that he is still in business. I went because I had unexplained and rapid weight gain. I also had a recent failed pregnancy. I also have family history of thyroid disorders among other things. After I explained my symptoms, his only comment was to ask why I had stretch marks. Offered no solutions, no testing, nothing. Waste of time, energy, and money. Despicable.

My primary physician sent the office a referral to his office in December. I called twice in January to follow up. Finally at the end of January they called and scheduled an appointment for mid-may. A month later they called and needed to reschedule because he wasn't going to be in the office. They postponed my appointment two weeks. Soon after they called again because he wasn't going to be in the office. This time, their first available appointment was mid-august. I would not recommend him.

I had the complete opposite experience with this doctor. He explained nothing, he has done nothing, his staff is unbelievably rude. The problems/issues that I originally went to see him about still persist. Every time I ask him a question I get a shoulder shrug. I know have to go all the way to Ann Arbor to get decent medical care.

Dr. Javier practices in East Lansing, MI now. I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise. Dr. Javier made me feel very comfortable and explained things in detail. He has a great sense of humor as well. I am not one to normally write reviews, however I was highly impressed with the character and professionalism of Dr. Javier, that I felt the importance to write about it.
