Doesn’t take your health seriously!
This doctor and his staff do not take your health seriously! Even if you can get past the long wait times and nasty staff attitudes before getting to see the doctor, you will only be met with rushed “care” and pushed out the door. Definitely follow up with your insurance company as you will be billed for things that were not performed. And God forbid you need additional imaging or follow up care. oh, and by the way, update your website as you no longer have three locations.

I love Dr. Esaka and his staff. They are very professional and proficient. Wait time is nothing, his smile is infectious. He is kind bubbly and I appreciate his kind care. I've needed things from the front office staff before and they've just really had my back. Whatever I needed was provided really quickly. Love the consistency and family!

Horrible. He doesn't care he just wants your insurance money. He's probably only good at delivering babies and tossing medications at STDs/STIs because he certainly cannot tell you about anything else with a woman's reproductive parts. Don't go there with a cyst or any other pains, concerns. Beside manner is horrible. Appointments are rushed and he lacks general knowledge that you can find on Google. I may as well have been my own obstetrician until I decided he was no doctor that could ever help me and went to Women's Triage. Thank you to the Christiana Care Women's Triage FEMALE DOCTORS & ASSISTANTS! Dr. ASSAKA only traumatized me! Thanks for the anxiety attacks you fool! Everybody has to talk to God by themselves so I do gain some satisfaction at the end of the day.

Traumatized Patient – Sep 01, 2020

Dr. Esaka created a terrible experience for my wife, wasted our time and money. I would not recommend Dr. Esaka for new patients, and not for emergency cases, he simply is too busy to give you time you need. He disregarded my wife's level of pain (prescribing only ibuprofen, past instance the level of pain called for percocet), only saw her for 5 minutes (I can't wait to see the itemized bill), and made her feel quite uncomfortable and uncared for in that time. She had been experiencing a Bartho

When you hire people who are unskilled and who obviously have not been trained from the home on what to say professionally to a patient and what not to say, and they represent your front office and technical staff then no need to wonder why I'm not your patient anymore.

He delivered my baby via emergency c section at Christiana. He was horrible. ZERO communication through the whole process. Very non caring for my state as a new mom and mistreated/misdiagnosed the massive infection that occurred in my incision causing be to lose 16 weeks of my child early life. Not a caring, empathetic or patient educating Dr.
