First Visit
First appointment was made over the phone, but when I arrived to check in, there was no record of me in their system and no referral from my PCP. Too much paperwork to fill out with redundant signatures. She mentioned a possible amputation of one toe with a tiny dorment ulcer that hadn't completely healed - not good for a first visit. The remainder of the visit was OK. Vibes were so so - I'm still evaluating.

Communication with patients needs improvement
Waited over an hour in the waiting room each time I visited. This practice also forces you to pay for your visit before the doctor sees you (at check in at the front desk), which I suspect may be part of the reason I had to wait so long...they most definitely OVERBOOKED the doctor each time causing us patients to have extra long wait times. The doctor was friendly but did not offer any explanations surrounding my problem and when asked, rushed me & talked over me in a hurry. English as her second language may have been part of my issue in understanding, as well. If I spoke Spanish I may have had a better visit, in all honesty. However, I still don't know what my prognosis is, so now I have to go find another doctor who is willing to take time to talk to the patient and answer questions.

DOCTOR TAKE TIME WITH HER PATIENTS, EXPLAIN THE PROBLEMS IN A WAY PATIENT'S UNDERSTAND WELL. I RECOMMENDED

Horrible experience
The office was disorganized. I waited an hour and a half before the receptionist took me back and took my vitals. The only reason I know I saw Dr. Denis was because I see her in this picture. She did not introduced herself, was very rude, and condescending.

Definitely Never. Doctor herself is very inhumane and does not let the patient know exactly what is going on. She does not treat patient with respect and the entire staff is rude. This office is definitely only about money and has no regards for seniors and their feelings. This is the worst doctor's office that I have ever seen in my entire life. God help we seniors with foot problems.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Denis, when you are with her you are the patient and her 100% is on you and not on the door handle trying to hurry out to get to her next patient.
