Dr. Emily Songer, MD

I have an issue that I have been dealing with for a while. I've already made two in person visits and paid a co pay twice just to receive minimal assistance or knowledge. Dr. Sonder was the on call doctor for the emergency line in which I was told to call if my issue persisted.When she answered, she was very dismissive, insensitive and did not provide much of an answer.Her responses were things like, 'I am just on call.''I am a delivery OB.''This is the OB emergency line, so I am not able to fully evaluate.''You should just go to the emergency room.'Obviously, I called the emergency line for assistance and I am aware that an evaluation could not be done, but how is that helpful to me as a patient?I am EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated.She is not a provider that cares nor one that asks questions for context.0 starsHighly do not recommend.I do not even understand why she is a doctor with the attitude she carries towards a patient.
