Tests
She does not return any phone calls or messages left on the health website. She does not give you test results for 2 weeks, even if you need additional care. I would not recommend her.

Appointment canceled by doctor
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ramasra to have a breast lump looked at and the soonest I could get was 3 months out. I didn’t have much of a choice so I made the appointment and then two months later I start getting bombarded by automated phone calls, texts and emails telling me that my appointment has been canceled by the doctor and I need to call the office to reschedule my appointment ASAP. Not a single human reached out to me. Of course I decided to go with a different doctor instead. The weirdest part is I then got a letter in the mail stating that I missed my appointment and it proceeded to explain their policy on missed appointments, as if I simply hadn’t shown up! Red flags for both the doctor and the office.
