I love Dr. Ochoa. She has dramatically changed my skin. I’m often complimented on it. But, admittedly, had a lot of pain and discomfort secondary to hormonal acne prior to meeting her. She healed my skin completely within a matter of weeks. She’s so sweet and personable that I continue to follow her though I now live in Maryland.

Emily is a kind and caring person. She makes suggestions and addresses my concerns as well as telling me about new products that would benefit my skin. She is skilled in recognizing potential trouble areas before they become critical.

Dr. Horner herself is great to work with. However the staff and scheduling at St. Lukes are a nightmare. They are obviously not interested in finding additional patients, and make it very difficult to work with her.

Both Dr. Horner and her staff were very thorough and professional. She made me feel at ease, listened, and spent time explaining and going over prevention with me.

Dr. Horner was very professional from the beginning. I did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes, and she was understanding. She related right away to my problem, examined me and my situation, and gave me a plan to deal with it going forward. Refreshing experience!
