Rude and belittling
Every time I see Dr. Neely, her and her staff are very rude and belittling. She explains things to me like I am stupid and have no idea what’s going on and proceeds to lecture me the whole time. I’ve have type 1 diabetes for 17 years now and am very aware of how it works. The nurse called me the day of my appointment saying I need to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment time—which my job does not allow for me to answer calls or take off earlier on the day of. When I told them about it she got snippy with me and said I needed to go to another office. They draw my blood every time and don’t get the results back to you for almost 3 weeks and the results are never discussed with you. She tried to get me to go on a type 2 diabetic drug even though is not for my disease and will not help me and was irritated with me when I said I wasn’t interested. The list goes on and on. I had enough the last time I went and finally switched doctors.

Super attentive
Emily is very attentive, friendly and easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable about her field and helped me locate a parathyroid issue through a referral. Her staff is wonderful!!! I can’t say enough good for things about the entire office.

I recently saw Dr Neely ,my test were normal according to her cover letter. I was extremely surprised by a statement she made during my visit. She said and I quote “ some people’s symptoms were all in their head and she touched her forehead “ I assume that she meant mine. Perhaps, however I thought very inappropriate. B.H.

Dr. Neely is. The whole package, thorough, intilligent, knowledgeable, and personable. She really listens. She teases out details you know most doctors would miss. I am so grateful to be her patient

Dr. Neely seems to care but staff is absolutely the worst. If you like rude people who talk down to you then you'll be right at home. Had confusion with my medication as well as appointments. Have had to go days without insulin or supplies. After not fasting for 18hrs and showing up for an appointment I just called to confirm two days ago, they sent me home without doing blood work. Dr. Neely didn't have time to see me. Awful....

The problem I have with Dr. Neely's office is with her staff. Dr. Neely is fantastic and very thorough. The problem I've experienced happens after you leave- there is no followup call to discuss bloodwork. I've called multiple times to discuss results. I can't get Neely, only her nurses voicemail, who never responds. I just my Rx in the mail a few weeks later. I've also called to cancel an appt because of an emergency. Whoever I spoke to didn't put it in my record so I was billed $50.

Young, not very experienced. Her primary advice is to check your blood sugar 4 times a day and lose weight. While valid, you're not going to get much beyond that. If you just need someone to refill a prescription...well, I get she did endrocrynology because it was the easiest specialty available.

Dr. Neely does not work with patients. I wanted to get my thyroid tested w/o seeing her to see the changes the medication had made in my numbers. When I called asking for just the test and not a visit they said they needed her permission to do that. I received a call back saying that she was a physicians office and she needed to see me every 90 days. I explained I just wanted to check my Tsh levels because of the medication and did not need to see a doctor(or pay for a visit)I was not allowed to

I like Dr Neely very much but I won't be returning because of her staff. She told me I would receive test results in 2-3 days. After waiting a week I called and was told she hadn't had time to look at them yet. It took 10 days and 4 calls with people being nasty to me to get my results. Then they wouldn't give me the test numbers. I filled out the request to have records from another dr. They never did. I can't trust my care to this office because they are the direct line to her!
