Dr. Emily Nease, MD

Dr. Nease is a very poor pediatrician. Her lack of clinical exposure is very clear by patient interaction. I learned that she practices general outpatient pediatrics one 1/2 day weekly. Her other time is spent as a "lactation specialist," and as the leader of the pediatric residency of WVU. Not only is her pediatric experience limited I have learned from friends that she has managed to plow the residency program she leads to the ground. If you love your child DO NOT take the to Dr. Nease.

I saw Dr. Nease for a lactation consultation. Let me just say that she is amazing! If you find yourself in need of assistance with breastfeeding, she is an invaluable resource. My son and I came to her with an issue that had us struggling to maintain our nursing. Dr. Nease listened with so much attention to detail and compassion. She really understands the amazing struggle many women take on to nurse their babies. She helped us navigate difficult issues and come up with a solution and a plan.
