When I finally started the process to have breast reduction surgery, I was so nervous on the phone that I forgot my own address. Yet Dr. Emily Hu, Andrea Ball and the entire staff were nothing but warm, understanding and kind. The procedure and recovery expectations were clearly and concisely explained. With their support, I was able to lose the weight I needed to safely have the surgery. They truly went above and beyond. I am currently a month post surgery and it has already been life changing. Recovery has been very smooth and I no longer have consistent neck, back and hip pain. I feel lighter not only physically but mentally and more human than I have in years. Thank you so very much, Dr. Hu, Andrea and everyone on staff. Honestly, it feels like ‘thank you’ isn’t enough for all of the kindness, care, and support I have received. Your skill and talent as a surgeon made this possible but your genuine warmth and understanding makes your practice truly exceptional.

I absolutely love Dr. Hu and her team. The knowledge, kindness, the professionalism is outstanding. The team is so welcoming. I have worked closely with Dr. Hu and her PA Andrea with my double mastectomy and reconstruction. They both held my hand through the process and was always there for me when I has any questions or concerns. I highly, highly recommend this team.

Dr Hu was wonderful with my breast reduction. Do caring and meticulous. Explained everything completely. Her nurse and staff are wonderful and competent. Her follow up is outstanding and I felt well cared for. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hu removed a mole on my 12 year old's nose. We were very nervous about this procedure since my son is so young and it was in such a noticeable location. Dr. Hu made us and my son feel so at ease, she is very personable, and did an amazing job. He is so happy to have had the procedure done. It looks great! The whole experience from consult to the follow-up have been amazing. She did a great job talking to my son and explaining things in a way he understood. She really put him at ease throughout the whole experience and gave him his confidence back.

Dr. Hu and her staff are very knowledgable, warm and welcoming. I had 2 moles removed from my face so I was very nervous. I have always believed that when it comes to a surgeon, I do not care about bedside manner. It's about having the smartest and most skilled person in their field standing at your side. I would not recommend her to anyone. Although she is great with people she does not have the expertise that is required to work on someone's face. She made me look completely superficial and then wanted to charge me more money to correct her problem.

Dr. Hu is simply put... Amazing! She is a consummate professional and an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon. Beyond that she is such a pleasure to work with - very compassionate, explanatory and has the best bedside manner. She made what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation into a calm, and interesting/fun experience. This was also the same for my husband whom she had worked with prior. Dr.Emily Hu is bomb!!! Very good experience love the work you did ! I would recommend her to anybody for any thing! I will come back in the future for sure. She's Talented and friendly. The staff is pretty awesome.
