Dr. Emily De Golian, MD

Aug. 25, 2002 I had a skin cancer removed by Dr. de Golian and her medical team. My wife observed the procedure. There was no pain and no bleeding. Each member of medical team, Sharif and Bianca were very attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. We left with good information about home treatment and they worked perfectly. We would recommend Dr.de Golian and her team to anyone. They were outstanding.

Dr DeGolian has an excellent bedside manner which is as important to me as s doctor's medical acumen. Friendly, caring, and patient. Those are qualities anybody looks for in an MD and Emily DeGolian has all of those attributes. Plus, virtually no wait time when you arrive for an appointment. That's HUGE.

Dr. Degolian is an outstanding surgeon. She removed a squamous cell carcinoma from my eyelid and I was afraid that I would have an scar above my eye. She did such an amazing job that there was absolutely no scar. She also removed a large squamous cell carcinoma from my arm and again it healed perfectly and did not scar.

Just want to thank Dr. de Golian and her assistant, Bianca. The biopsy of one of my moles came back as Melanoma. Although, like anyone else I was disheartened at this news. The next procedure was to take out an area around the mole to prevent any advancement. Dr. de Golian and team did a wonderful job. All came back clear. I'm extremely grateful for the knowledge, professionalism and care shown by Dr. de Golian and her team. I highly recommend the Covington, Georgia Dermatology Consultant team for any Dermatology needs.

Dr. de Golian and her staff were amazing! I have a history of skin cancer and had 2 MOHS surgeries on my face that needed performed and 1 month after surgery and everything is healing nicely! Dr. de Golian listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently and fully. Her staff were all very nice and comforting during the procedure. I highly recommend her and Dermatology Consultants!

If u hav skin cancer and want to libe domt go here! I told this dr i had prior surgery even sent a fax so id hav proof i begged them to take certain moles. She took out her little stethoscope magnify thing and said nope. Told me i never had surgery. Well finally another practice took 3. And all 3 melonomas. Well another 6 where took one having a lump near it. Waiting on those. I belive one may be stage 3. Ill update mext week. Had she took the moles i wouldmt be going through this. What if inhad listmed to her i may of end up dying with melonoma. I domt expect drs to be God but i do expect them to listen. Not be dismissive and flippamt!!!

Very excellent bedside manner - empathy, kindness, and listening skills are excellent. Dr has ability to help patient relax in a very scary situation - efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Great doctor for a 92 year old man - so will be great for all!

Competent and pleasant, but seemed rushed. Dismissed certain areas of concern without in depth examination - barely glanced and said it looked normal to her. Did not seem terribly engaged. Semi-thorough examination. Would choose another provider before coming back.
