Careless
Dr. Cera has done little to help my chronic health issues, and my desire to improve my health naturally. She is monotone, has a bad attitude and lacks empathy. At one point she said “what do you want me to do about it?” She has no knowledge about holistic healing and testing and is unwilling to listen to the patient’s intuition and concerns. I don’t know how she has a medical degree. I wish more western doctors were willing to think outside of the box.

The survey question asked if I had phoned my doctor's office, but didn't ask if I messaged my doctor's office through Mychart. I typically reach out regularly through MyChart and Dr. Cera's office is outstanding at corresponding with me, although everyone seems to forget my preferred pharmacy, which I haven't changed in 10 years.
