She answered all my questions, took her time with me, and referred me to the proper ( and very good,I might add) specialist. I really like her!

My 92 year old mother got an appointment for surgery clearance. The office staff made no mention of the fact that she could not be cleared on a first visit UNTIL they called the MORNING of the appointment. My mother’s surgery was 4 weeks away. As we were on our way to the “first visit” appointment, they called to reschedule, as Dr. Baker had to leave the office suddenly. My mother then tried to schedule a follow-up for the surgery clearance, and the office staff said there were no appointments available until SEPTEMBER ( 3 months AFTER my mother’s scheduled surgery). At NO time did the office staff provide any of this information in a timely manner. We are in the process of finding a more cooperative office.

Dr. Baker has been my Family physician for a little more than a year and I absolutely love the treatment she provides. She is attentive and thorough on each visit. She takes the time to ask questions and probe when I have questions or am unsure. She ensures I am taken care of and does an unbelievable job with followup, a job most physicians leave to a nurse or staff member. I would recommend her to any family member and am forever eternally grateful I found her. Don't ever change Dr. Baker!! You truly are an angel here on earth!!
