Dr. Emilio Lopez, MD

When I first called Dr. Lopez office, I was able to speak with the Doctor. He had his staff set up an appointment for later the same day. He spent plenty of time evaluating my condition and gave me a very timely treatment appointment. At the treatment appointment everything was explained and the procedure went very well. The next day the Doctor called me to see how I was doing. My recovery went very well. He also gives his Cell # to his patients. At the post op. appointment I was able to discuss everything and his staff was excellent. His nurse set up for a sonogram, rather than just placing a catheter which it turned out I didn't need. Every contact with his office has been handled by a staff member that was very knowledgeable and when needed, I was able to speak with the doctor. Dr. Lopez and his staff go above and beyond your expectations.Without any hesitation, I would advise you to go see Dr. Lopez if you need an Interventional Radiologist.

Everyone treated me as if I were family. The best bed side manners and professionalism. Dr. Lopez is a very fine surgeon.

Dr. Lopez offers a refreshing experience with patient interaction at the consultive level both before and after the procedure that he performs. I was impressed with his aftercare communication with me via text messages beyond Premier Vascular office hours. I found the office in Delray Beach to be well-staffed, professional, and accommodating on arrival and throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Dr, Lopez as a fine example of what a specialist physician should be.

From the time I first went into the office to discuss my problem, I felt cared for. The staff is friendly and accomodating. I went in for an angioplasty and the first person I saw was Jimmy. He could not have been nicer. I then met Cindy, my nurse for the day, and I remember thinking that she was treating like a family member. As for Dr. Lopez, well he might be the best doctor I've seen down here, and I've been here over 25 years. He explained everything to me, with patience and kindness. To say I felt comfortable would be an understatement. He answered every question I had, and some I didn't. I left his office knowing I was in good hands, and I was. I would give him and his staff the highest recommendation.

My mother was referred to Dr. Lopez, that was best thing that happen my mother finally got right help. My mother is in her late 80's and has suffered many years poor circulation in both legs and feet. We been seeing Dr. Lopez this year in May 2024. And just few days ago she had two stents implants in left leg. Outdistancing Doctor Excellent Surgeon, and Dr. Lopez nurse are outstanding very caring and explain about the procedure. Besides having a beautiful office and incredible staff, I am so thankful to have been referred to Dr. Emilio Lopez for treatment of my chronic Prostate problems. After years of suffering, my urologist referred me to Dr. Lopez as the leading expert in “Prostate Embolization” which is a new procedure in shrinking the prostate without a major process such as a “terp” or a temporary fix like “green light”. Having the procedure accomplished in a comfortable surgical setting at his Delray office (also offices in Boynton and Lake Worth), I have been free of the pressure, bleeding, passing of clots and all the suffering from the past. I would recommend Dr. Lopez and his organization to anyone suffering from Prostate or urinary issues.

My husband was referred to Dr Lopez for a PAE procedure. I was very nervous about this procedure as my husband has Alzheimer’s disease and is not always easy to manage. The care and compassion from Dr Lopez and his staff Megan and Bobby were outstanding. Every detail of care and after care was explained as well as any emergency event that could possibly occur. I really cannot say enough about how well organized his care was from beginning to end. Outstanding Dr and staff!!!!

What stood out the most in my visit? My nurse, Bobby.. not taking away from the rest of the staff, the whole office makes you feel like a human being and not just the next job. But, Bobby really made me feel comfortable and made this day easily bearable. Dr Lopez is a true professional who answered every question I had without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. Dr Lopez has assembled a team that should be the template for every Health Care Facility in Palm Beach County, from making the appointment to the follow-up call after the procedure. I want to thank Dr Lopez in the entire staff for the care and treatment I received, but, nurse Bobby is definitely my MVP! Thank you!

In April Dr. Lopez performed my Uterine Fibroid Embolization procedure. I had been suffering with many uterine fibroids for years and was dealing with all of the symptoms that go along with them. Heavy bleeding, frequent urination, abdominal pain and bloating, pelvic pain, bad cramps, my quality of life was really suffering. My uterus was about the size of a 3 month pregnancy. It is now August and the fibroids are shrinking, my uterus size is going down, my abdomen protrudes way less, my monthly bleeding is not as heavy, I don’t have severe urinary urgency anymore, I am in less pain and overall my quality of life has significantly improved. I thank God that I was referred to Dr. Lopez and that I chose this procedure over the more invasive surgeries especially not opting for a hysterectomy. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez. He listened to all of my concerns, he is very compassionate and caring. When I had concerns I was able to reach out to him and speak to him personally which meant a lot.

We learned of Dr. Lopez's experience with a procedure which is relatively new. A patient needs to meet the necessary requirements for the procedure. Dr. Lopez explained the procedure and felt that it would be successful for my husband. With a staff that is friendly, patient and professional, and a doctor who is very knowledgeable and capable, the procedure was a success. We can't thank Dr. Lopez and his staff enough.

Dr. Lopez and his staff are all very nice and thoughtful. Going to the doctor is never fun and sometimes stressful. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, the nurse practitioners to Dr. Lopez they all are amazing people that truly care about the patients. I had a painful procedure and Dr. Lopez spoke with me right before the procedure and was very informative regarding what would take place. Once we were in the surgical room he asked several times how I was, told me what he was doing so I knew what I would feel. After my procedure Dr. Lopez checked on me multiple times in recovery and asked how I was feeling even though a nurse who was sitting with me he still took the time to check on me himself. Very caring. I had 2 follow ups after the procedure and met with 2 nurse practitioners who were both amazing, thorough and caring women. I hope I never have to have that procedure again but if I did I know I would go back to Dr. Lopez to have it done. Highly recommend!

Both my husband and I were incredibly impressed with Dr. Lopez. My husband had prostate surgery. Dr. Lopez took time to explain everything and made both himself and his staff accessible for questions at any time. The surgery went very well and my husband experienced no pain afterward. The staff showed themselves to be as compassionate and competent as the doctor. I cannot say enough good things.

Dr Lopez is a very caring individual. He put 6 stents in my husbands legs for peripheral artery disease. He had no complications. The staff in his delray clinic where he does the stent placements are really on the ball. all of them. I'm not sure of their names Chelsea was the main nurse. Also terrific... Dr explained in full detail all facets of the procedure. The ease of getting appointments was simple. He has 3 offices so its pretty easy to get an appointment.If you have any type of pain in the legs or back..dont hesitate to see this kind, knowledgable dr. We love him. He doesnt rush you out. He actually listens to you unlike some others. Another thing I loved about him was at the end of your visit he always asks if we have any questions. I would give him 100 if I could. Finally a Doctor who listened and cared about life long pain that I suffered from Pelvic Congestion and Nutcracker Syndrome. Dr Lopez and his entire staff are the BEST with human kindness and compassion. He changed my life with surgery that left me totally pain free. 5 stars for rating is not even close for this crew of wonderful humans.

Where do I start? First, I would like to say thank you to Dr Lopez and his team for taking care of me during this procedure. It had been life changing! I suffered for yrs. dealing with fibroid, heavy menstrals, severe anemia which lead me being hospitalized and needing several iron IVs and blood transfusion. After that ordeal, I was referred to his office by my OB/Gyn. I saw Dr. Lopez for a consult, set-up my procedure and had an Outpatient surgery. Little to no down time. Minimum groin pain for a 3-5 days. Dr. Lopez will answer all your questions, pur your mind at ease and has the best bedside manners. Don't walk, run to his office!! I am forever thankful!!!!

The prospect of going in to undergo a medical procedure comes with concern, anxiety, questions and doubt. From my first contact with his Delray Beach facility to the post-surgery follow-up in Lake Worth, I was made to feel comfortable and treated with courtesy and genuine concern by Dr. Lopez and his staff.

After being referred to Dr Lopez from our podiatrist he was able to access me he realized I needed a procedure asap. He scheduled me at Palms West Hospital and was able to get the procedure done in a timely manner. Dr Lopez staff was amazing. I recommend him and his staff for sure.
