Has been great for years as my Doctor
He has always taken his time with me as his patient and is a great doctor. I appreciate that he is thorough before just diagnosing or medicating something that is not necessary.

Went to see him for the first time, didn't introduce himself, asked if I was taking my meds looked over my labs, showed me the door to go do more lab work and that was it. 5 minutes tops! Couldn't leave a "no star rating" so I had to give him a 1.

Waited over 1hr for doctor. Recepcionist told me he was mtg with 2 different pharmaceutical reps. The same woman told me to make my appt on my day off so I could wait as needed. The nurse told me I was lucky to wait over 1 hr because she waits 4 hrs at her doctor. A lady w/two young kids waited 2 hrs before seen by doctor. Would never come back.

The only reason this review was given one star is because I couldn’t leave “0” stars. I drove 3+ hours to see this doctor and when I finally saw him he literally walked in the room, asked what has been going on, told me that he’s sending me for lab work and that was it. A total of 3 minutes tops he spent with me. Never again will I go back.

Dr.Castaneda has been my doctors for 6 years. He has always been kind. He is a bit quite at first but now that I have been going to him for years he is more conversational. He has been treating me and I feel so much better then I did prior to going to him. I highly recommend him. He knows his specialty very well.

Dr Castaneda helped identify that I had a hyper active thyroid. I went to several doctors before him and he was the only endocrinologist that diagnosed me correctly. He is direct but very kind and I would refer him to anyone.
