Two years ago this month, my husband was diagnosed with a blood clot from his hip to his foot. When brought to the ER, the vascular surgeon and hospital doctor recommended amputation of his left leg above the knee. Not accepting this diagnose, our daughter, requested a second opinion from Dr. Calabrese, who said the leg could be salvaged. With Dr. Calabrese's professionalism, dedication and care, my husband kept his leg and can walk with both legs. Our prayers were answered, he is our angel.

Dr. Calabrese saved by life by removing a blood clot from my aorta while on vacation . He has continued to follow my progress and be of any help that he could with my Emory doctors in Atlanta , Ga . Because of his dedication, And cooperation Emory was able to diagnose my rare blood clotting disease early . Every visit with every doctor at Emory , they always speak very highly of Dr Calabrese and his staff Alicia for they're continued cooperation and kindness . Dr. C and Alicia are one of a kind
