Dr. Emilia Vesper, MD

I made an appointment with my local clinic for late afternoon some months ago. It was pushed twice, and there was a Doctor change to Dr. Vesper. The appointment started a little late due to circumstances beyond the Dr.'s control which required her attention.I wanted to get a prescription refilled. Dr. Vesper noted, it had been over a year since I met with my old Doctor and proceeded to go through the steps for a new patient (me). I found Dr. Vesper very professional, focused, and intent, listening and evaluating what I had to say, occasionally asking defining questions when needed. I thought I had sidetracked the appointment with a family history comment. Dr. Vesper listened and did a few simple exam checks surrounding my comment. I mentioned in the past, my particular comment was ignored as being not very likely. At the end of this appointment, I found myself with two scheduled followup appointments.I am very impressed with Dr. Vesper's professionalism, focus, and insight.

I’ve seen Dr. Vesper twice in the last few months, she replaced my primary doctor of several years who sadly left the clinic I was going to. The first visit went ok and she told me to schedule a follow up visit so I did. I went to the follow up visit was called back to the examination room and waited for what seemed like an eternity, she finally came in and asked what brings me in today which I found odd that she didn’t know since she was the one who told me to schedule the follow up. She opened her laptop, we talked a few minutes then she told me she is going to change one of my meds and started listing all the negative side effects of the new medication and that she wasn’t sure if my insurance would cover it or not so I refused it. Needless to say the rest of the visit did not go well She started getting attitude and talking to me in away I found very disrespectful and wouldn’t listen to me or answer my questions. I absolutely refuse to deal with her ever again I’m very disappointed.

after waiting over an hour for the dr i went into the hall and asked someone if the dr knew if i was there. it happened to be the dr which i didn’t realize. she said indignantly “ill be there when i can. OK?” she spent about a whole ten minutes and started to close her laptop. i said i have another issue. she said it wasn’t stated and the time allotted was just for the one problem. you will have to make another appointment and just left the room. prior to this i told her what pharmacy and the phone number. nevertheless she sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy. not very efficient. woman either needs to go back to school or take attitude classses.
