Dr. Rafal is very professional. She answered all my questions and my concerns. She is very caring and sincere.

Dr. Rafal was wonderful, she was very gentle and patient. She answered every question. I give her 5 stars in my book.

I waited for around 45 minutes for her to talk at me for almost 5 minutes. By the time she asked if I had anything to address I had no desire to talk to her. I went to her with concern for a mark which i mentioned and after looking at my face for about 15 seconds, decided I just needed a bunch of products and didn't even address my concerns. Would not recommend and looking to make another appointment with a different doctor immediately.

Went for fillers, Dr. Rafal has the magic touch. I'm 65, I look and feel better about myself. Dr. Rafal genuinely cares about her patients, I look natural not fake.

Have been a patient for about twenty years. Treated for multiple skin problems. Great Doctor, even a better diagnostician. I credit her with early diagnosis of melanoma and treatment recommendations.

I wish I could give this doctor zero stars...it would be more fitting! Dr. Rafael is only after your money and not the patients best interest. Waited over an hour on my initial office visit! Totally inconsiderate! Went in for injectables only to be given something different than what I asked for and the way she administered the shots was not only painful but downright awful! I was bruised for over a week all over my face. Went back after 10 days for follow up ...only to wait another 45 minutes for this rude doctor! she tried to tell me I needed more because she wanted me to spend more money! Then Stood there with a blank look on her face after I said NO and she ran out of the room. Didn’t care about her patient whatsoever.. completely unprofessional...... Horrible doctor...terrible experience! The only positive thing about this office is the staff. They are super nice and very helpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ...FIND A BETTER DOCTOR!

Dr Rafal treated me for an unusual skin condition. She knew exactly what to do, and provided me with a cream that remedied the problem quickly. She was professional and caring at all times.

Charged $200 for removing some skin tags on my teenager. Pressured to sign paper saying I couldn’t get insurance coverage at all. No numbing agent given before snipping them off with small scissors. Pressured to remove more, despite declining. Received biopsy bill despite fact that she INSISTED it was merely a cosmetic procedure! Horrible experience!

Visited for laser and microneedling as well as for dermatologic medical care and I'm consistently so impressed with Dr. Rafal's medical knowledge and the passion with which she approaches her work. The office is friendly and I had a great experience

Worst experience I've ever had with injectable fillers. HARD sell, maxed my credit card out, and scarred my face. She leaves the room for long periods of time, and treated me like an experiment. Staff just nods yes and continues to push product on you.

The wait time is well over 1 hour and been there 4 times still same problem.She never knows if my insurance covers the prescription she writes and I must use pharmacy she recommends with is very expensive.

Dr. Rafal takes the time to understand her patients’ need and determine the best course of treatment.

This review should not reflect on Dr Rafal as a Dermatologist. It pertains to my experience with her for Cosmetic Fillers. Plain and simple: Stay away. She is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and does not have the skills that will give you the cosmetic results you want. This is high pressure sales at it's best, surrounded by a head nodding staff. If you want Cosmetics, go to a Cosmetic Surgeon only! This isn't the place.

I would not recommend this doctor because she does not care about the patients appoinment schedule.had an appointment at 4 and she came in at 5:30 cause shes busy chit chatting with other patients . She treats her patients like they are experiments and she always recommending them her products. I came here for cystic acne treatment and she recommended me a 700 dollar derma pen treatment which is not a cure for cystic acne.

Dr Rafal and all of her staff are welcoming and address any concerns you may have. Dr Rafal takes her time to sit with each patient and doesn’t make you feel like you are ever being rushed in any way. She’s an expert in dermatology and skincare as well as did an excellent job with the Juvéderm fillers in my lips. I can’t stress enough how sweet each and everyone of the staff members are! I’d highly recommend this office to anyone!

Seems to only care about pushing her products And they aren’t even good products. Waited an hour for her to tell me to try her products that I’ve purchased in the past. Going to find a different dermatologist

Wonderful experience! Dr. Rafal is an expert injector. Her staff was so attentive and caring. It's amazing how a little bit of Botox can make you feel.
