i called and scheduled an appt for 8/3 for blood to be drawn. i told the front desk that i did not want to have a physical exam. the nurse who saw me during the exam came out of the room and spoke to someone else that i was a belingerent patient. she then came back and excused me. the following day this nurse and your hr person both said that they had not said or heard the word belingerent used. I heard it so are they making out to be lying. im aware of not seeing dr rios for some time but to show me this kind of unprofessionable service is uncalled for. what makes me wonder if dr rios is even aware of this? it would have been nice to see her during this visit. very bad experience overall.

My daughter and I both see Lisa (NP) at Dr. Rios and love her. I have also seen Dr. Rios. Both are great and would recommend them anytime to anyone. Great office with friendly staff.

We relocated to Omaha from Ohio in 2012 after my job closed their local office. They offered relocation and as my husband's job was also laying off, we took it. Had to find new networks -- healthcare a priority. My husband was already sickly, but his health declined more. Dr. Rios was recommended. She and her staff have been incredibly responsive, caring and professional. My husband is not an easy patient, but they have worked to improve his health as much as possible. ~The Miller's
