Long long long wait

I would like to be seen exactly at the appointment hour that it is set. I was only five minutes late that day and yet I had to wait another three hours to be seen. And on the waiting area, I had to wait another 30 minutes. So if I can please be seen next time, happens every time. Thank you.

Yes, I went in to take my grandson in there for a throat problem and I wanted him tested for his throat to see if anything was wrong with his glen or see what was wrong. And he had some acne on his nose, so they took care of that matter, but I didn't ask for that. I wanted some definite diagnosis for why he gets sore throats all the time. That's my feedback.

Sometimes it's hard to get same day appointments so it was a little hard to keep 1 main care giver / doctor they don't do walk ins for pediatric or ob but other than that everyone is so nice and I love the way the staff are with my kids and how comfortable they make us feel . They have a pharmacy on site so it's even more convenient . I been with UCI for 11 years already and I do recommend it . I ve had 2 of my boys with UCI . The employees there are very wonderful people .

The pediatrician Elsie Hidalgo is the best. I recommend her 100%, and also the nurses and other people who assisted me that day were very kind and did their job well.

I honestly don't like that every time we see dr Hidalgo we get there on time for our appointment and she always shows up 2 later this has bin a reoccurring situation that I frankly don't appreciate

They took a long time in order to provide an appointment and the once there, it was like a 2 hour wait. That is a long time, but they need to change this. Thank you so much.

The staff at the office is fantastic, very welcoming and warm with the children, but the wait times are extremely long. You cannot get in and out of that office in under two hours.

Would like them to respect my appointment time In the future.

Dr. Hidalgo was my siblings Pediatrician & my mom always had great things to say about her. She was very thorough with my siblings development so much so that if she saw or thought that something may not be normal, she would automatically refer them to a specialist. Because of my mom's experience, after I became a mom, I decided to choose her as my sons doctor. So far, she has been great. At every visit she goes through everything we've previously discussed and everything we will follow up on. Wait time are average. Usually about 1.5-2 hours. However, the nurses do communicate with you and let you know what's going on. They all say that Dr. Hidalgo takes her time with her patients & honestly I don't see the problem in that. I rather have a Dr. who is going to take the time & care to examine and discuss my baby's care, versus someone who is just going to be in & out for 5 minutes. On top of her professionalism, she is an AMAZING human being.

Dr. Hidalgo and her staff are amazing. She really cares about her patients and it shows. One of the best pediatrician I ever had for my son. I'm very grateful to have been appointed to her.

Always the best

I really liked this provider. I think that as far as like, the office goes they had like really nice staff and like the guy who takes like the weight and the height and everything he was like super super nice with Connor and I like that. The only only only issue I really have is that it wasn't like timely, as far as like, I spent like 2 1/2 hours for a doctor's appointment which, you know, granted he was getting his sutures out there from a accident that he had, but it just, it took a really long time. You know, from the point of like getting into the office to leaving like it was a really long time. So I I think that they're awesome people, they just probably have a lot on their plate. So I hope you guys have a good one. Thank you for your help.

The nurses were all great. Even the med student we had contact with before the provider came in but the doctor herself was very distracted. She seemed rushed and very disregarding of my concerns. She was more focused on what the med student had typed in the computer than really having an engaging conversation with me. As a first time mom, I had a lot of questions about my baby and a lot of them were just disregarded and I was given no explanation for why certain things happen to newborns. I just felt like the doctor herself did not give my baby the time of day.

They take a long time to attend when one is found in the waiting room for more than 2 hours

I waited an hour to be called, and then another 30-45 minutes to be seen. The wait times are just a little long.

The wait time is very long. I waited about two hours to see my daughter's doctor and we were done at the three hour mark. Plus, it's okay for one resident to check my daughter before the doctor does but when two residents check her and THEN the doctor, it feels like a lot of unnecessary poking and prodding of my daughter.

The doctor was excellent in caring for my son. She explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions, which were many. She also helped me fill out some paperwork that was requested of me. She was very nice.

Wasn't happy at all with waiting time. Had appointment at 10:40am you asking to come at 10:25 just to see doctor at 12? Not okay, it wasn't the first time! Looking for new provider not happy with you.
