Dr. Thomas was attentive and very thorough. My first visit with her and she is now my new PCP

First visit. Didn’t think she listened to me. Never checked pain I was experiencing. Told her about problem with tourniquet when drawing blood. She never checked seemed in hurry to see next patient

Recommended a test which the radiologist said was dangerous and refused to perform. Never followed up on acute medical problem, though she wanted to set up a television for a dubious diagnosis of pre-diabetes which we had discussed twice before.

I was so disappointed with my visit to Dr Thomas after hearing good things about her. She was incredibly condescending, rude, and repeatedly asked traumatic questions that clearly made me uncomfortable during a routine physical. I ended up telling her to stop the appointment and left immediately. Additionally, I couldn’t understand why her male medical assistant was allowed to measure my pregnant belly while I stood nude in front of him. I told him this waist measurement doesn’t apply to pregnant women, and he insisted on doing it anyway. Highly inappropriate after I insisted he stop. Unfortunately, her cruel bedside manner made for the worst medical experience I’ve had as a young woman. I would not recommend anyone to see her.

Dr. Elsa Thomas is very knowledgeable and a excellent doctor. She is caring and listens to patient issues. She very smart and careful. I rate her as one of the best doctors I've ever been treated by

I contacted Dr. Elsa Thomas from SEAK expert institute for an expert opinion concerning my medical malpractice case. Her first email to me was that she'd review my records, but after I sent them to her, she never did so. Instead, I got a confused response from her claiming she could not write a supportive expert statement for a purpose I never requested. It took me approximately 104 days of torture to get misdiagnoses both cleared and amended (redacted) from my medical records. The ordeal cost me a new job (I was forced to resign due to the added stress over the misdiagnoses), but Dr. Thomas invalidated my pain & suffering that continues until this day. And this is what hurt me the most. Veterans commit suicide daily over the issues I survived and yet she claimed it was not valid "pain & suffering". I guess general practitioners stick together. My advice is to never seek her out for an expert because you will most likely waste your hard-earned money and get nothing in return.

Dr. Thomas is an incredible physician. She is totally focused on you and listens to you. She takes her time to gather your history and ensures all your questions have been answered. She refers you to experts if needed and is readily available if an urgent appointment is needed.

I had such a pleasant visit. As a resident it is extremely difficult to make an appointment but with the understanding of both the staff and Dr Thomas I was able to be seen within the week. She was very detailed, knowledgeable and really cared about my health. I appreciated her advise in her field of expertise.
