If i can give 10 stars i would from the consultation to the surgery i have had a phenomenal experience. Starting with the front of the office and Dr Raskins nurse they were welcoming and sweet then meeting with Dr Raskin for my consultation, She very informative during our meeting for a face lift - i spent about an hour going through all of my questions i had and she answered each one with such detail making me feel comfortable with such a big procedure.I am now 3 weeks post surgery and i feel the best i've felt in years. I couldn't have made a better decision with going to Dr Raskin, making me feel beautiful and confident again. Thank you to the amazing team at this office!

One star is too generous. I went to Elsa for reconstruction with fat transfer after a double Mx due to breast cancer. I had several surgeries with her. I trusted she was working to get the best cosmetic result for me. That was not the case. Elsa often commented that my insurance was really good. For my last surgery she had her receptionist in the hospital OR; not there to enhance my outcome. That surgery was to remove fat necrosis that formed from a previous surgery with her. We had discussed, at an office visit, that she was going to remove that large lump from one side and add more fat. She then told me in preop, as I’m laying in the hospital bed, that if the breast wouldn’t accept the full volume she’d place some fat under the breast muscle. When I asked how that would look she said, I don’t know but your insurance will pay for it. That’s when I realized. I said no we would not be doing that. I should have gotten out of the hospital bed and left. Go anywhere else.

Dr Raskin is the best. Her and her staff is very proficient and professional. I had a breast reduction surgery that i am extremely happy with. Better breast than i had before and now i just did a tummy tuck and fixed my diastases recti and i am doing well post 3 days. She called and checked on me and she has a app if you have any questions she contacts you right away. I have recommended a couple of people to her that have made an consult appointment already. I have lupus as well and i have healed great and in a timely manner with no issues. I love her and definitely recommend her. Thank you Dr Raskin.

Dr. Raskin was really wonderful with me. She took her time explaining the procedure, recovery and down time. She made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. She even provided me with her cell phone number in case I needed to contact her over the weekend. She is thorough and meticulous with vast experience. Her office and staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Raskin deserves all of the plaudits and positive reviews that she gets and far more.  I came to Dr. to correct a terrible problem created by another plastic surgeon.  The former surgeon was a 'top' NYC plastic surgeon with all of the expected great ratings.  However, he left me with breast implants that quickly (within months) became rock hard and hideous.  He never advised that this was possible.  He demurred all conversation and denied any responsibility.  I went to Dr. Raskin in tears.  She performed truly miraculous work.  I have new breasts that have remained soft and 'real'.  Whereas before I had NO feeling in my breasts, after Dr. Raskin's surgery, I felt like my breasts were truly my own.  Again, I am not one to broadcast anything about anyone, let alone myself.  But Dr. Raskin deserves stellar recognition for her very fine work.  I have gone back to her many times for other problems and refurbishments.  Not only is she a talented surgeon, but she also does excellent work

Right from the start, she was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. From my initial consultation through every follow up appointment and surgery, she made me feel welcomed, valued and respected as an individual. The entire office team is just as supportive. Dr. Raskin spent time explaining in detail each procedure while providing guidance about my body and the potential for realistic improvements. The cosmetic work I had done specifically my upper and lower eyes and a face lift was as much for my ‘inner-self’ as for my body. For many years I have lacked self-esteem because I was not happy with the way that I looked. Thanks to Dr. Raskin, I have a new sense of self confidence. The results of my surgery are extraordinary. I have/had asymmetric breasts...After 2 surgeons, 4 surgeries, and very discouraged, I booked a consultation with Dr Raskin. She was very gracious, attentive to my concerns, and gave me a realists perspective of what to expect. Honest, compassionate, and extremely understanding, she addressed my needs. She explained the pros and the cons, but must of all positive and confident she could improve what others tried to accomplish. End result, I am extremely happy with my new look. They are balanced, similar, and much better than I anticipated. Seriously, I really didn't know how this would all go, especially after several surgeries and disappointments. I am grateful and would recommend Dr Raskin. She is top notch and knows her stuff!

If you are considering a cosmetic procedure you should schedule an appointment to see Dr. Raskin. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Raskin took her time evaluating me and what procedure would give me the best outcome! I was a little bit anxious prior to meeting with Dr. Elsa Raskin. She was very caring and did a great job on reassuring me i would do fine. Procedure was pain free and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I recommend Dr. Raskin to anyone who wants to look their best.

Not sure how someone could give Dr. Raskin 1star, maybe it was the patient that was the issue. I have seen and used Dr. Raskin for Lipo, breast lift and augmentation. She is always available to answer any questions and follows up for days following the procedures to make sure everything is going well. She is an incredibly skilled surgeon. Her office is well run - always available to answer questions and help in any way. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Dr. Raskin was extremely cold and insensitive. I had a horrible experience with my surgery and was very uncaring and frankly nasty when I went back to try and have the surgery corrected. I would never recommend her and encourage anyone considering a procedure to go elsewhere.
