Great Dr
Telehealth
I've been coming to see Dr Pinzon for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment on my back. I've had chronic back pain due to injuries to both low back & thoracic areas. With his treatments & Michelle's perseverance I recently had a spinal cord stimulator which has helped so much with low back pain & chemo induced neuropathy. Now, it's pretty much my thoracic area that he's treating. The steroid injections are a breeze, however the nerve ablations, not so much, lol. I'm hoping those nerves will eventually be burnt for good. Michelle always follows up to see how I'm doing the next day. Overall a very caring couple. My 87 year old mom is also his patient & has been very pleased with her treatments.

Great Doctor
Dr. Pinzon has been treating my back issues for several years and his ability to diagnose and fix my back issues and get me back to work doing my heavy physical job has been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Pinzon if you are looking for a great occupational health back doctor.

Very satisfied patient.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pinzon’s for over a decade. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he doing . I get appointments very quickly, and his staff gets me into the surgery center without a long wait. The office is super clean and sanitary. Staff is friendly, and communicates with the patients, and follows up with them several times. He is the only doctor that I will ever trust to work with my back injuries.

No thanks
He is very rude with his staff, yells at them during procedures. I guess he can get away with it since his nurse/office manager is his wife. He was very late to every appointment I had. Did not example things well, gave me handouts to read for myself. I will never go back.

Glad my chiro referred me
I've started visiting DR. Pinzon in March 2022 for lower back pain -- I have received 5-6 injections in that time and I have seen definite improvement. Their office is clean, and close to my home. Their staff has worked with me to get convenient appointments to minimize the amount of time that I need to miss work. I am glad that they provide written material to review regarding procedures so that I know what to expect. I am also glad that the medical procedures that he has performed are in the office which is more convenient. I understand my treatment plan and I feel comfortable that Dr. Pinzon is competent and working in my best interst.

Doctor Elmer Pinzon was recommended to me by Neurosurgeon James Killeffer more than 8 years ago to help me manage the pain from degenerative discs in my low back. His expertise has allowed me to live an active lifestyle without the presence of constant pain. His care is thorough and I trust him. I highly recommend Doctor Pinzon for anyone needing to manage their pain.

I understand that many people have their opinions on his bedside manners. However I will say this. Not ever doctor is pleasant to talk to however this Doctor knows what he's doing. He can be rude etc. I'm not looking for bedside manners I needed relief with a cracked tailbone and other issues. Dr. Penzion definitely helped me. His very knowledgeable and his Nurse Michelle is amazing.

Absolutely horrible doctor! Waited over 2 hours on table to be listened to for only 2 minutes! Acted like he had no time for me! My injections in his office were absolutely horrible! He yelled at his nurse the entire time! My body was trembling all over. I will never return! His nurse was ok at first but that started going terrible! No appointments made like I was told and no return calls! Just absolutely horrible doctors office!! She tried apologizing for his behavior but I was done! Especially when someone came into the office screaming at the top of their lungs! I would never recommend this doctor!!

Dr Pinzon and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Pinzon discussed procedures in detail to help me understand and gave me different options to relieve my pain. I have seen him twice over several years. His procedures are very effective and for me they were long lasting. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs an alternative or adjunct to pain medication for their back pain.

I've been a patient of Pinzon for a few years now and although he is very different than other doctors with his bedside manner, he is great at what he does. I had a spinal cord stimulator a couple of years ago that didn't work out very well, but Dr Pinzon has not given up on trying to minimize my pain. I seen a couple of drs for my back pain before Pinzon and he's the one that took the time to do the necessary tests to find the cause of my pain. Michelle does her best in getting the insurance approvals as quickly as possible and gets the procedures scheduled rather quickly as well. She works with the patients schedule based on their needs. Thank you for not giving up on trying to treat my chronic pain.

For the last few weeks I've seen Dr. Pinzon. He has relieved alot of pain through procedures. He is thorough with explanations and testing. He seems genuinely concerned about my problems and is very personable. A doctor I can speak honestly with. I would recommend Dr. Pinzon if you are suffering from neck pain and lower back pain. Although, the office setting could be more organized, I do feel like Dr. Pinzon and his nurse genuinely care about helping me relieve the pain I have.

Dr Pinzon does a very good technical job. I have a problem with the communication aspect of the practice. Both his nurse manager and himself could use better communication skills, bed side manner and comfort the patients. It doesn’t take much effort to do that! Be prepared to wait long never been taken on time. If you are okay with all that mentioned and only care about the fact that your procedures will go well and work then go for it. I want both compassion and communication that makes sense as well as good medical care!

Fantastic!! I can only speak for myself, but Dr. Pinzon and his staff have changed my life for the better. I was at a loss due to the infrastructure of the insurance/medical dance. No one seemed to care or willing to help. I have been relieved of pain that has tortured me for almost two years due to a vehicle accident. Thanks again Dr. Pinzon!!

Never again. He and staff are ill prepared and show no signs of caring for patients. If you have a procedure scheduled, expect errors and delays for several hours. If a complication arises before the procedure is done, prepare to be on your own.
