Dr. Elmer Diltz Jr, DO

I have been a patient of this practice since the late 80's and the staff through the years have ruined anything good I could try to say. Do not expect things to be explained to you thoroughly or have a RX refilled in a timely matter. And don't bother trying to explain a concern you have because they will shout you down and give all kinds of excused as to why they dropped the ball. It's sad to think that a good doctor can be ruined by his staff. I truly believe the quality of care is lacking in all departments. Please consider another practice for your needs because this place will only make you feel worse.

I have transferred from Dr. Newman's office (Who is the best doctor by far) to Dr. Diltz's office in Whitehall since 6/2020 (because I moved to Whitehall) yet I have never even met this doctor? I'm always getting Lisa Dawn Cline, CNP who doesn't do anything for me nor does she know how to treat patients in my opinion. They need to hire someone new to fill her position that is more patient orientated.

He was my doctor for 13 yrs. Miss him none like him he is a rare.

Iv searched for many many years for a dr like Dr Diltz. He’s not only highly intelligent he’s very knowledgeable and is honest he doesn’t seem to Play the big pharmaceutical game, nor over prescribe medication after medication to line his own pockets. I totally trust him and his pratice and have sent many people to them. Top notch care for sure.

Dr. Diltz isn't quick to prescribe medicine if he thinks that there is a better way he will suggest that first he will also listen to you take as much time as he needs with you he's an all-around good doctor

I would not recommend him. Especially with the nurses who make appointments and lie to you!

Very specific and thorough. He jumps right into going over your reason for your visit, which some may consider a lack of bedside manner, but I find it to be professional. He does his research, knows of many doctors/specialists in the area that he offers recommendations to (and avoidances.) He's a no nonsense kind of guy, so as long as you're not trying to give him the run around, expect great treatment.
