Based on the experience of one visit, I highly recommend Dr. Cupino. I took my ten year old to see Dr. Cupino and I was very satisfied with the time he spent talking to my child rather than relying solely on the parent perspective. I really appreciate that he is conservative in his approach toward medication.

I was referred to the good doctor when I was 13 years old. I will only say this, the only good part about any appointment I had with him prior to his referring me for inpatient treatment was when my appointments were over with him. After my hospitalization, the good doctor was literally ran out of the town where he practiced, to which I am glad to see that he is gone. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy for his or her pet to be seen by him.

Dr. C was referred to me by my child's counselor. I was very concerned when I saw the poor rating had. But, I went in with my daughter and I was very pleasantly surprised that Dr. C was professional and explained things to us in a way we could understand. We didn't have to wait to see him. I thought his bedside manner was fine. He is also a teacher of other psychiatrists and has been in practice over 30 years, so he knows a lot. I would recommend him to anybody needing a competent doc.

He did NOT explain any details of my illness or medications. He also has a terrible bedside manner! (What little of it he actually spent with me) The 4 or 5 visits ( if you want to call them visits) lasted less than 2 minutes!. I seriously doubt any Dr. can diagnose ANYONE in that time frame. He was RUDE and refused to talk with my Family who are actually my Caretakers He REFUSED to listen to anything I had to say. Did I forget to mention he is the Dept Head of Psychiatry at Schylkill Med Ctr!
