Dr. Johns is a caring and compassion doctor who does his best to see patients on time. A friend of mine was 20 mins late for an appointment with Dr. Johns and was asked to reschedule his appointment for the end of Dr. Johns' day. At first my friend was upset but decided to take the later appointment anyway. Dr. Johns did see my friend later in the day and apoligized for not being able to adjust his schedule earlier in the day. Dr. Johns rarely keeps me waiting and I guess this policy is why.

Dr. Johns complained about me being tardy even though I saw him arrive into the building after I did and he admitted that he was late back from lunch. As a result, he said that he only has 20 minutes for each patient and our time was up so we could not finish what we had come to accomplish. He stated that we needed to come back a at a different time. At another appointment,he suggested that I have my gall bladder removed, and it had been removed 3 months before.
