I reached out to Rand Dental for routine care and to discuss replacing a crown. I made sure to confirm multiple times that they accepted my plan. When I called to schedule my first appointment, I specifically asked them to triple-check, and they assured me they did. At my first appointment, I asked again, and they confirmed it.During my 2nd visit, they informed me they had contacted my insurance about the X-ray for my crown.They told me the X-ray was covered, but I would need to wait until the end of the year for the full X-ray to be completed and paid for my insurance. Based on this, I moved forward with the care.Now, I'm receiving repeated bills for the services, with Rand Dental claiming my insurance didn't cover them.This is unacceptable. I explicitly asked them to verify coverage, and they repeatedly assured me it was covered. Patients should not be held responsible for these costs when a provider fails to properly confirm insurance coverage

Scammers! Stay away. They will assure you that services are covered. Even go as far as checking with your insurance while you are in the office then hit you with a bill for hundreds of dollars and say that it was denied by insurance. What is the point of them checking right in front of you. They will also instruct you not to pay the bill while they resubmit the claim and then go silent. After that I received a letter from their office saying the bill was going to collections. Such poor management and business practice!

Simple cleaning and checkup, hygienist was awesome, thorough, helpful, and truly nice staff, especially the hygienist (she was the best!)

Awesome! Dr. Babayev extracted my daughters Wisdom Teeth and was great! Great "bedside manner", especially when considering her nervousness. She had two impacted and had zero swelling, and ate semi-solid food within hours of her surgery! Always a great experience when we go there!

Dr. Rand put in 3 crowns and one veneer and my smile is now fantastic. He matched the color of my other teeth perfectly. He and his staff were very professional and courteous. I could not be happier. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they have had good experiences as well. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.

The people at Rand Dental were great and really willing to help with this issue I’m experiencing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental work.

Came in for my regular checkup, always have a good expiernce from the staff to the doctors.

The hygienist was very nice and easy to talk too. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me good advice to maintain my oral hygiene.

There is a reason why there is so many poor reviews on the internet regarding this office.. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist.

Your office should be ashamed of how they handle billing inquiries. Also, your front staff should provide accurate information to your clients. All your office cares about is money, not about the client.

I have been a patient of Dr Rand for many years. I travel to his office from NYC because of how great the care is. The office always makes sure patients are comfortable and the care is thorough, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

My daughter has always always refused to open her mouth for any dentist but this amazing dentist Dr.Sing was an angel with my daughter she had to have 3 cavities and can't wait to come back and see Dr.Sing and the Dental assistant Marissa.....I can never repay these 2 ladies for their kindness and explanation of everything she was about to do....Thank you Rand Dental

Horrible experience! The dentist was rude and unprofessional. Refused to answer questions and acted like it was a problem to ask her anything. The office was old, cramped and needed a good cleaning and a major overhaul. Impossible your next appointment and when you finally get one you are rushed through the appointment so that the next client can be rushed in. I had read all the good reviews before setting up my appointment. I can only say that my experience with this office was awful. Beware!

Dr Rand, Dr Fernandez and staff are excellent!! Couldn't ask for a nicer staff and their bed side manner is impeccable .
