Best neurologist I’ve seen
Dr Michel and the wider team were responsive and knowledgeable throughout my appointments. I felt listened to and have benefited immensely from their treatment protocols so far. I had a range of symptoms and neurological issues from Long COVID and they took the time to address them all truly and listened to my own concerns. They are caring and patient, a combination you don’t see much of these days!

I only saw Dr. Michel one time. He did a thorough job running diagnostics, etc. Then, I saw his PA for the rest of the 2 years I went there. She is dismissive, condescending, recommended and performed unnecessary treatments, and never resolved the problem I went there for in the first place. I had three strokes, that have effected memory and communication skills, in addition to the physical results. They sent me a nasty letter letting me know that I was being fired as a patient, that arrived 2 days after my mother's passing. I had forgotten several appointments (which BTW would have been easily avoidable if they conveyed a reminder a day or 2 before), including the day mom died. I called there, livid, about the letter, and did spout off like a Karen, if I remember correctly (see what I did there), but I was heartbroken already, before the nasty letter about the appointments I forgot BECAUSE OF THE STROKES. A logical person might understand this, and perhaps work it out, but they chose

Dr. Michel, a brilliant physician, and his staff are very professional and caring, who went above and beyond expectations during the time my mom was under his care, prior to her moving from the area. My family and I are most grateful.

Dr. Michel and his staff are kind, compassionate, and very caring. I am so happy that I switched offices, because Dr. Michel actually took the time to run tests and answer any questions that I have. I live in North Hills, but have no problem driving to Tarentum because of the excellent care I receive. Every single staff member has been friendly and empathetic and it's a very pleasant environment. I highly recommend Dr. Michel to anyone looking for an amazing Neurologist who truly cares.

My husband saw Dr. Michel last week. I cannot believe how much time he spent with us and how he took the time to listen to us. His exam was excellent! Hopefully his treatment plan will help my husband but I have lots of faith with him. He took an interest which you don’t see anymore. His office staff are very friendly and caring. Thank you!

Dr. Michel is a brilliant physician who is also very compassionate and caring. He has impeccable bedside manners and takes the time to make sure you (the patient) get all of your questions answered as well as making sure that you don't leave until you fully understand everything that was discussed regarding your visit. I would of given 10 stars if we could!
