Dr. Elliot Cauble, MD

I saw Dr. Cauble while I was in the hospital for a GI consult because my GI does not make rounds at the hospital I was admitted to. He asked me a variety of questions and said that I could wait to see my GI doctor once I was released regarding my gastroparesis and GERD. I tried to ask him for a second opinion about the procedure I was having that was scheduled prior to my illness, but he started flailing his arms and loudly said "I have nothing to do with this.", as well as, "It's Friday afternoon, you'll just have to call your doctor on Monday." I felt dismissed and disregarded. Dr. Caudle did not care that I was confused and that I wanted to know my options. He interrupted me when I attempted to ask if my current illness would interfere with the procedure. He sighed repeatedly and spoke over me until he abruptly left my hospital room approximately 3 - 5 minutes after arriving. I'm very discouraged and disappointed that I'll be receiving a bill for a consult I never even received.

Really liked this doc! I thought he was really thorough and I felt he knew what he was talking about. I’m happy with the plan we came up with.

Loved the office staff. It was two months wait but really liked the doctor and felt confident with his plan for me!

Very friendly and explained the why and hiw of the procedure clearly. Did much to alleviate my anxiety!

Excellent experience with him. I was really nervous for my first colonoscopy and he really put me at ease, and all went smoothly. The staff was also excellent. I definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Terrible bedside manner. Treated me as if I didn't even matter, then withheld information on my test results and told me to "make another appointment". I would never return nor would I recommend this man to anyone.
