2 months to secure appointment, on day of appointment waited over 1 hour. Dr didn't review MRI with me. Recommended a drug against advice from my Primary Care, and ENT. Extensive Blood Work, and EEG, with no follow up call for results. On my call to office, office refused to divulge test results. Required follow up appointment, another 2 months away. Office later called to reschedule. Wasted my time, with no diagnosis.

Doctor is great but office staff unhelpful and lack the ability to be tactful or understand that their stupidity cost patients money. Tried to humiliate me after I had seen 'MD for $600 worth of tests that I couldn't see her because they didn't take 'cash paying patients'. Since it was Jan 2 and I would have been covered 100% before the end of the year by my previous insurance that had cancelled me, it was very upsetting. I couldn't obtain quality insurance due to my conditions which the MD knew

Dr. Van Delden is attentatve and allows me to have a voice in the direction we go for treatment. She stays on top of things, is aware of new options and her staff is great at following up when it comes to refills, insurance, questions, etc. When she's with me she's paying attention to me and not a computer, or checking boxes. Much appreciated in a day of modern technology.

She couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. She had me taking meds that wouldn't even help me. After she couldn't figure it out she would start getting frustrated with me. I ended up going to another place and actually had a PA figure it out after 10 years of suffering. I thank GOD everyday for taking me away from this place.
