Dr. Price has been my pain doctor for more than 4 years as I have long metal rods in my back that give me muscle spasms and continual pain. Dr. Price is excellent in helping me work through these issues through controlled medication, injections, therapy, etc. I would highly recommend her.

I've seen Dr. Price a few times and she is not the problem, her staff are. They fail to return phone calls, getting a refill takes longer than 5 days, which is he'll for chronic pain. Either they need a new manager that enforces better patient satisfaction standards or the Drs need better standards.

I love Dr. Price. I have been seeing her for years. I explain what my problem is and she takes care of it. I like the fact that she wants you to try working through the pain with therapy first. She doesn't just throw out opioids and send you out the door. I won't take opioids so I like her approach. I find her to be courteous and very understanding. I love her nurse. She is amazing. Dr. Price is very professional and I don't find her annoying at all.

Ellen Price is very rude, doesn't like to even try to understand the patient and she is nosy about things in your' life that don't pertain to the visit. She seemed nice until I read what she wrote on my medical record that basically made me feel as if I am some horrible person. Turns out she is deceitful. No empathy or compassion for patients.

Dr. Price lacks compassion. It's evident in the way she looks through you and ignores what you are saying without a care in the world. She jumps to conclusions without doing her own homework. Thankfully, I can manage my pain now without pain medication. I feel for those who cannot given she is one of the only pain doctors here. Dr. Price should consider a profession where she has limited contact with humans because not only is she unable to empathize, she is incapable of conveying that she cares about anyone but herself. Be very wary of this 'doctor'. She is insulting, accusatory, and highly condescending.

In a word “horrible”. She is demeaning, dismissive when knowing nothing about you. I do not recommend this physician. I thought physicians took an oath to do no harm. I think Dr. Price needs to revisit her choice of careers. Her words were so mean and hurtful that I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I have rheumatoid arthritis.

Saw Dr. Price with debilitating back pain years ago. Going to a pain specialist was a last resort. She looked at my MRI and said I had degeneration which was only going to get worse. She did absolutely nothing for me except crush me. She tried a pain-management procedure where she used a needle and I got immense bruises in the 2 places she pierced the skin. 8 years later I'm 90% pain free thanks to prolo therapy and alignment corrections. My terrible experience with Dr. Price still haunts me.

One week and six messages later, Dr. Price's office has not called back to schedule an appointment. This was a physician referral and even the physician called in an effort to get a response. Several times the receptionist promised a call back "in an hour" and there has never been a single call back. This is such rude and unprofessional behavior and tells us everything about how Dr. Price views patients. I'll find a true doctor to go to.
