She’s wonderful! I had been treated by another Dr for over twenty years and was diagnosed as having RA. I had a visit with her and said I didn’t think I had RA and explained why. She ordered X-rays and found I didn’t have RA. I’ve been taking strong medications all those years when I didn’t need them. No wonder they didn’t work. I wish I could see her all the time but she is a relief doctor.

Dr Webster was thorough and professional. She took her time and listen to all my symptoms and knew I was struggling to get a diagnosis. She not only made sure to run extensive bloodwork but also told me not to give up until I get answers. She was working as an Interim Rheumatologist to help with the back log from COVID. Luckily she was able to find answers for me. My only disappointment is that she will not be my Rheumatologist. I would highly recommend her. Her care, knowledge and experience helped me to find the answers that others did not.

Dr Webster was the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever seen. I always wish I could still see her. She listens and is thorough. I was able to learn so much about myself through her expertise. The doctor that took her place was unprofessional like she seemed jealous of Dr Websters knowledge before her so I will just always miss Dr Webster and hope that I will one day find another like her.

I was pleased when Rheumatology of York called to say they could take me in earlier due to a cancellation. They did not tell me I would be seeing a different physician than I had scheduled for. Dr Ella Webster entered the room wearing a smock and blue jeans. I did not realize she was the attending physician until she identified herself. Her immediate demeanor was harsh. She quickly looked over my records and concluded I had failed to achieve meeting the deadlines for exams set forth prior to seeing her. She concluded, without asking, that I did not intentionally meet those exams. Even though I feel she did a fairly good physical exam, I did not get any sense of caring or compassion toward my predicament. I do not recommend her to others as she is brash, unprofessional in her demeanor, and overall quite rude.

First visit with my 81 year old mother in a lot of pain. Couldn't find office and was 8 minutes late, but had all paperwork filled out and ready to go - only one patient waiting. Clinic policy says '10 minutes late could result in cancellation". At 8 minutes late, doctor refused to see Mother even though we offered to wait as long as needed. Doctor cares more about her schedule than her patients. We will be finding another arthritis doctor. Uncaring and not compassionate. Do NOT recommend!

Dr Webster Carried her education on her shoulders and talks down to her patients. I have been under her care for 2 years bout I never look forward to her appoints. It has been 1 year since my last visit so I thought I would give her a try again since she have compitition and her demand was not so high. The office was empty when I arrived but yer no change. It would be helpful if she had some compassion. No follow up needed!
