It's managed care, and she does an amazing job of taking great care, but she isn't going to hold your hand for hours and wipe tears. Fastest way to burn out for a young doctor. Instead she's a pro and extremely good at what she does, which is diagnosing problems and finding solutions. And with a smile. She is as good as you get under these circumstances and I applaud her and her staff. They are all very knowledgeable about modern medicine. Best, I feel safe and my health is being well managed.
